I was given an Iphone4S and I'm on Orange/EE provider. When I set up the email account I got a msg "Outgoing mail server setting is provided for 02 customers in the UK. 02 customers should enter their 02 email address in primary outgoing mail server". Orange/EE is my provider. I receive emails ok but when I try to send using my Talktalk server, the msg is "The sender name was rejected by the server". Can anyone help me please?
You should discuss this with your cellular carrier. Often, the carrier sets up fairly restrictive rules regarding outgoing email to prevent spamming.
You probably did not enter your information twice, once for incoming mail and once for outgoing.

I'm able to send emails when using home Wifi but will re enter the information and try that. Thanks.
If you are on your home WiFi many ISPs do not require login credentials to send mail because you are already known to them through your IP address. But when you are away from home they need the added credentials to prevent spammers from using your account to send spam.

If you take it to an Apple store there will be no charge at the Genius bar.
Doesn't matter who your email supplier is when on the cellular networks all sent email is routed via the carrier.
You need to set the primary SMTP address in settings to smtp.orange.net or smtp.orangehome.net if an Orange sim card or
smtp.t-email.co. uk if it's a T-Mobile sim.
