security questions
I have $10.10 on my apple account for my iphone 4S. whenever i try to buy songs or apps i cant! i have no problem signing into my itunes account, but it wants me to verify myself with the security question. Every single time i answer them, the computer or my phone both say they're wrong, although i know they are correct (such as "what was your first pets name" how could i get that wrong???). im concerned because if i dont use this money, it's a waste! can you please help me figure out how to change my answers to the security questions? p.s. i know about the whole "recovery email" and i believe i have one but it wont give me the option to use it. if i don't have one, is there a possibility that i can add it to my account now?Thank you!!
