i keep on getting this itunes error-- 0x80092013

I am trying to go to the iTunes store to sync my purchased to my computer... Upon the loading this iTunes error window popped up-- 0x80092013

i am running a windows xp 32 bit

itunes 11.1.5.5

please help me resolve my problem...thanks...
