I've updated my iPad mini to IOS 7.1.2 but the notification badge won't go away.
I've tried
- Restoring a backup
- "Restoring iPad" from iTunes
- Restoring in DFU mode and then restoring my backup.
The notification badge on the settings icon will not go away!!!
