how do i master reset my iphone 5s
yesterday i backed up my phone but after that was done my app were re-downloading and froze. Now all you see is it says under the app "waiting"
Try doing a reset (reboot) of the phone. Hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears (10-15 seconds). You will not lose any data.
