Iphone 5 problem

i have dropped my iPhone 5 flat down on its screen and three white lines showed up and the screen doesnt respond to touch. The phone still will turn on but i can't swipe to unlock or use ANY of the touch screen features. so currently i will use siri to text and call, but i do run into the problem aging because i can't hang up. Restarting hasn't changed anything and i don't know how to fix this. Is there a way i can fix the problem or will i have to take it into the store????
