We have "Piano Free with Songs, All-Access Pass" on the iPad. This application is by Better Day Wireless, Inc. It charges me every week as part of an automatic renewal. I am trying to "unsubscribe". Can anyone explain to me how I can do this?

The instructions were wonderful .... but I don not have a option to turn off auto-renewal. There is no toggle switch there. Everything else was precisely as the support article described.
Where are you attempting to manage the subscription - iOS device or computer?

IOS Device - iPad. Obviously I am missing something quite fundamental here. I appreciate your help.
So you got to the last screen "Weekly Subscription" and it showed you the Subscription information:
Do you have any Restrictions Turned on under Settings>General>Restrictions? If so, turn them off temporarily and try again. If you do not, then I would suggest doing this via iTunes on your computer.

I am so thankful for your help with this. This is what the screen shot looks like - the difference is this says "all-access pass"
I have tried turning on and off the restrictions - and I still cannot cancel the auto-renewal.

I just reread what you sent, and the link, and i found what you were referring to on the computer, and not the iPad... and it worked. I didn't do anything different than what you recommended, it just took me a moment to find it. Thank you so much for your help.
