how do I download only pictures from iphone 4 not videos

I have an iphone 4 with 28gb of data that I want to keep a copy of this on my computer - I've done the backup

I just purchased an iphone 5s with only 16gb of data.

How do I select which data I want to restore on the new iphone 5s as obviously I don't have room to move it all

Most of the data is pictures and videos on my old iphone.
