App suddenly stopped loading. Re-installing doesn't fix it...

I'm using a Realtek Wireless Network Utility.

It worked fine. Then suddenly stopped working. When I click on the app it just doesn't load.

I uninstalled it. Then re-installed. The problem persists.

This is the driver in question:

Any suggestions for what might have caused it & for a fix?
