I Changed my Apple ID and my Itunes ID. Downloads are asking for the old password to old ID which is working anymore! How do I get the downloads to recognize the new ID

When you say you changed your ID, did you go into Manage your Apple ID and EDIT the old ID, or did you create a new separate ID?

If you did the former, did you sign the old ID out of the iTunes & App Store under Settings on the device?

If you did the latter, then those apps were purchased with the old ID and they will forever remain tied to that ID.

Just be aware, by creating a new Apple ID, any iTunes media purchased under that old ID will be tied to it forever. You will not be able to update or re-download any of the purchased media without signing on with that old ID and password.

It is always a better idea to change any existing Apple ID by going to Manage your Apple ID and using the Edit button to change it to your new email address. You can do this for any Apple ID with the exception of Apple domain IDs like @me, @mac, or @iCloud email addresses.
