Can I transfer pictures from my IPad to iCloud?
No. iCloud cannot be used as a storage solution. iCloud stores your camera roll photos as part of the backup, but you cannot transfer the photos to iCloud and them remove them from the iPad. They will also be removed from iCloud when you backup again, if you do that. Transfer the photos to your computer to free up space.
