retrieving data

Hello,

My sister took apart my phone to try and fix something that was going on. She accidentally broke a piece so putting it back together is not an option. Is there any way I can still retrieve data (specifically pictures) from one of the pieces of hardware? Or am I completely out of luck? Thanks in advance!
