iTunes is not installing correctly, What's going on?

iTunes suddenly quit working so I decided to uninstall is and reinstall it ever since then I get an error message saying.. iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows 127)

I have uninstalled it manually several times an restarted my computer, I have done the repair setting several times and restarted my computer, I have uninstalled it clicking remove iTunes and reinstalling it again, I've also have manually uninstalled it then installing quicktime first then downloading iTunes.

But I am still getting the same error message. I've even done virus scans to see if that was the case. I have no idea what else to do now.
