How to activate the iPhone when the ID & Password not known

My friend bought a iphone 4s as a second hand and he was used for 6months. during that time he did not changed the previous owners particulars (apple id & password) . last week his phone got collapsed and we restored the setting to activate the phone . when we tried to activate the phone it keep asking the previous owners Apple ID and Password, unfortunately my friend does not having that details and that person too.

so please help us to activate his mobile by using new Apple ID password.

Nobody on these boards can do that. Until the previous owner removes the activation lock, the device is useless to you; Apple won't remove it unless presented with the original receipt of purchase, and unless you're the registered owner, proof that they're dead.
