How to get xcode 5 on OS X 10.7?

Hello I recently purcahsed a Mac Mini mid 2007 model yesterday and it currently has OS X 10.6 Snow Lepoard installed on it but I currently upgrading to 10.7 Lion. My main question is that I am trying to download Xcode 5 onto my OS X 10.7 Lion but the minimium that it supports is 10.8 Mountain Lion which I can't upgrade since it requires a Early 2009 Model but I have a Mid 2007 Model.I also know that the latest version of Xcode that i can install is Xcode 4.6 but the problem is that i have iOS 7 on my iPhone and I would like to test my apps on my iPhone but I think Xcode 4.6 does not support iOS 7 so I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
