I want to ADD voiceover, not record on iMovie '13

I am very frustrated. I just updated my iMovie to '13, and I cannot find anything! I am trying to add a voiceover from a different clip, I do not want to record it. I used to be able to "add audio only" when I dragged a clip on top of another one. Now I can't find that option, I can only find the option to record voiceover. HELP!!!
