As of three hours ago, I've been unable to access my mac mail via the desktop on my computer or iCloud. The error message reads "The iCloud IMAP server 'p04-imap.mail.me.com' rejected the password for user 'dsb0071.'
I'm surprised to see this message; I never altered my password.
