Being stalked on iphone - help please

My good friend is not tech savvy, so when she purchasesd an iphone her husband "helped" her to set it up. In this process he installed his itunes and icloud on her phone. He has since been using find my iphone to find her at any locations, and often pops up where she is. She did not realise how he was doing this until they were separated and we found his itunes and icloud details on her device. She is unable to remove his details from her phone, so she really has 2 issues. Firstly is there any way to gain control of the device (I am sure he will not handover his password so his icloud can be removed) and secondly is there any way that iphone logs how many times the phone has been tracked with find my iphone? This is a severe breach of privacy and clearly needs to be addressed.
