Iphone 4, no audio.

I bought a brand new iPhone 4 from TIM(original carrier) in the middle of 2012. I used it a little, everything worked fine.
But someday the carrier(OI) that I use stopped working without reason. But TIM still working. So ok, it's a problem to don't worry about. After an update, OI started to work again.
The purpose of this iPhone 4 is academic with some apps (Wolfram Alpha app's), so the iPhone stays all the time stored in the original box.
Since iOS 7.0 I'm experiencing problems with the audio hardware. Someday, turning up the phone and audio does not turn on at all... I did a restore and audio worked for a day, but after some days turned off, it stopped again and stuck... as you can see the video.
I've tried to restore the system with Itunes, cleaned the dock, reset... still dead..
Obs: Headphones are not recognized by the phone too.
