My ipod touch 2nd Gen let me sign up to game center but it won't load any of my games and won't let me play with my friend. I don't know if it's like this because it is old and slow, or what. Please help me figure this out. Thank You.

Try my solutions there:
*Reset all settings
*Hold the power button and home button for 10 seconds. (It will reset iPod, nothing will be lost.)
*Restore the software to factory settings
*Contact Apple Support online by making request
*Make an appointment for Genius Bar (if available in your country)

Try:
- Sign out of Game Center and sign back in
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
