Cannot Change iPod Touch 5th Generation Passcode

I decided to change my passcode on my almost brand new iPod Touch 5th generation. Like usual, I went to settings and tapped on general. I scrolled down looking for the option to the passcode settings. When I looked, it wasn't there! The passcode I have now was from when I set up my iPod. In the settings, if goes from Usage, Background App Refresh, Auto-Lock, then Restrictions. Normally the Passcode options would be right there. Please help!
