Waveburner – If I use my old version will it still work?

Hello, I was a regular user of Waveburner in Logic Studio 7/8...

I'm now using Logic X and have a couple of projects ready to go. My boxed versions of Logic Studio are in a loft about 40 miles away... can I install Waveburner on Mavericks from these? I don't wan't to make the trip otherwise!

I have individually mastered tracks, I just need to make the final album sequence / fades...If there's anything else free or cheap that you recommend that would be great.

Just an additional note for others reading this thread:

There are two versions of Logic Studio 2 (The one with Logic Pro 9 )

The early version (2.0) has PPC only installers... The later version (2.1) has Intel/PPC installers...

However, as octopi stated, you can still manually install from the first version if you have an Intel based Mac.. via the use of Pacifist or via Terminal (The Pacifist method is the easiest imho)

The following refers to Lion but the same applies to Mountain Lion and Mavericks...

Lion and Logic 9, how to install???
