Crash on OSX

I have 2011 late macbook pro 13'' machine, i had upgraded it from 10.6.3 to 10.6.8 and to 10.9.4.

After the upgarde 10.9.3 to 10.9.4 mac book got crashed and no other recovery option did not worked.

I tried to install 10.6.3 from friend cd as i have lost mine original once i was able to boot the mac with 10.6.3 and cleared the hdd to have clean install

then i progressed with install but the install failed and now i do not have any os running on mac.

I do not have backup on time capsule nor i made any USB startup drive for OS marvicks????

Is the same version dvd form other mac will work on my machine if not then please let me know what option do i have ???
