i just got a new iphone 4 and the ringer,sound and youtube dosen't work.Ihave gone into the sound settings and turned them all on and have turned the phone off and on again with no luck someone please help!!!!
Is the silent switch showing orange (on the side of the phone above the volume buttons)? Is Do Not Disturb turned on? (Look for the moon icon in the status bar up top)
Also, verify under Settings - General - Accessibility that none of the Hearing or Vision items are on and shouldn't be.
