I got the a new iphone4 and have not yet loaded itunes or anything on the phone since the simcard was not activated yet. Unfortunately I put a password on the Sim and for some stupid reason couldn't remember the word and now the sim is locked! I can't restore the factory setting or do anything!! Please help this idiot to fix it!
Contact your carrier & get the PUK code to unlock your sim.
I do have the PUK code, but where do I put it in? When I switch the phone on it says iPhone is disabled so where and how do I put in the PUK code? I knew I wasn't clever enough for an Iphone!! Thanks for the quick response😊
