Yes and no. You can create books with more than 100 pages inAperture, but these books cannot be printed by Apple Print Services. You will have to save them as PDF files and print them somewhere else.

I don't know of any online services that will print Apple books, sorry. I just copy the PDF onto a USB stick and take it to the nearest print shop, that can print on high quality paper and bind it.

If you want the book printed by Apple, consider to split it into two separate volumes. But that would mean to pay twice for shipping.

This website, PrestoPhoto, will print pdf files from iPhoto/Aperture.

I"ve not tried it so can't comment one way or the other on what they offer.
