i have iphone 5s iOS 7.1.2 everything is working perfect except when someone calls me i cant hear the ringtone but when i connect the earbuds to the iphone i hear the ringtone very clear through the ear-buds and when i take the ear-buds off no sound att all just vibrating.i need help to solve this problem
Have you checked the Mute switch along the side, near the external volume controls? Oranhe showing = mute.
Check:
the Mute switched off still there is no sound
the Mute switched off still no sound
If all does not work. Swipe bottom-up, and disable "do not disturb" - the second icon on the right, like a crescent moon.
