Why can't I not pair a previoulsy used blue tooth to my aplle 5s. The sales rep told me to go to blue tooth and make sure it was on and it would pair.. Wrong

5S? As in iPhone 5S?

Regardless of what the sales rep told you, no data can be transferred to another device using Bluetooth on an iPhone.

Thank you, looks like a certain person and I are going to have a very personal chat today. I don't like being told the wrong information just to make a sale. Thanks again, I will get the hang of this sooner or later.
