Late 2013 Imac with Fusion Drive Slow Harddisk

Hey there. I installed windows 7 to my new Imac. It is late 2013 model with i7 cpu, 16 gb ram.

Harddisk is working extremely slow. Reading and writing times are disaster. Let me give you one example.

It takes 80-90 seconds to extract a relatively large rar file at internal fusion drive.

It takes around 20 seconds to extract exact same rar file at external usb 3 drive.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening. 2012 imac with normal 1 tb hd was much faster at tasks like this.

Are still indexing with Spotlight?

Are you running Time Machine in the background?

Feeling stupid. I got distracted by phone while writing this.

It is slow at Windows not Mac Os. I installed windows 7 with boot camp. At windows everything is slow.
