Speaker stoped working after 7.2 upgrade iPhone 4S

HI,

When upgrading to iOS 7.2 there was something wrong with the upgrade and it stoped before completing. And I had to restore my phone as new (forgot to make a copy before upgrading). Then I could upgrade the phone to iOS 7.2, but after this upgrade the speaker stoped working, the phone rings and I can use it for calls, but I can't use it to listen to music and other apps with sounds... after this I have tried to restore the phone twise without any change to the matter.

ANyone who can help me?
