I had enough money for iTouch 5 generation but after searching a lot I foun out that it has A5 chip,Which is quite old,I fear that I buy one and Apple discontinues it!So any authorizedanswer will be best,Please don't guess.

No one can say but Apple if and when there will be an iPod touch 6th generation.
Unless there is already an official announcement on Apple's web site (did you do a search?) you won't hear anything about it here on the forum. Speculation is not allowed and Apple does not post announcements here.
Apple is always bringing out new things and dropping support for older models. One way to avoid having old models dropped too frequently is simply not to buy new ones until you absolutely have to. I have only had support dropped once on hardware in 12 years, but then I haven't bought any new hardware in 12 years. 😉
