How to use one login name/pass for Bootcamp and OS X

I have a Macbook Pro, with DVD drive, so not the new one. i7 processor, 16GB ram, and 1TB of HD space. I am going to be replacing the DVD drive with another drive as a backup system, but that is for a later date...

I have Bootcamp with Windows 7, and 10.9 on my laptop right now running fine together, except for one small issue.

When logged into Bootcamp, I don't have permissions to access my Apple drive, even though I can see it.

How do I make it so that my Windows partition, and my OS X partition both have permission to access each other, or at least the user documents side of each drive?

Any help would be appreciated.
