Is there anything that can be done to save a dying desktop screen? My computer is slowly losing visual, even though the rest of it works fine. Are there any good triage -- connect to other screens -- temporary solutions?
I've been told not but I thought I would ask....
All MacBooks have external display solutions. The key is identifying the age and type of model
Hi Brody, thanks for responding. I can find out, but it's not a Macbook, it's an Imac. Probably 8 or so years old.
Look at the bottom of the base for the EMC#

Your Mac supports mini-Displayport, but does not have audio over mini-Displayport capability.
It is an early 2009 iMac.
