I am going to guess that you are needing to change your primary email address? Only the Hosts can do that sort of thing for you.

The quick way will be for a Host to notice this or for a Upper Level user to alert them.

I think that they will still need to contact you through your original email using that route

If that email is no longer valid, then you might try submit your issue (in detail) through Support_Feedback <= click the link
