FaceTime with UAE MacBook Pro in UK?

Hi,

I am traveling to Dubai soon, I was planning on picking up a new MacBook Pro while I was there.

I understand that there is some sort of restriction on FaceTime (and maybe other things?)

If I bought a MBP and signed in with my UK Apple ID would it have FaceTime? or would I be able to get in when I'm back in London?
