hey guys so last night i plugged in my iPhone;this morning is wasn't coming on. so i brought it to the dealers store,the technician said he will have to wipe it. does wiping it delete all my documents in i cloud too? 😕 Not sure if i was signed in or not,dont know how back up works either. HELPℹ😢

WIping is restoring your phone into factory setting. If you have previously back it up from icloud, whatever is in there can be restored back to your phone. On e you got your phone back, you ca begin activating it. Just make sure when it ask you to..activate choose restore from icloud if you have one

HOw about in your computer? Do you have a back up? If you do then you can also restore through itune. the apple id you use when you activate the phone automatically signed you to icloud if you set it up in settings. Try if you can still back it up with itune before you bring your device for service
no there isnt anything in back up 5gb remaining,i guess i had to enable it manually?
