Accessing "new" iTunes extras instead of original?

Okay, so after checking I am 100% sure that I have at least one movie with the new iTunes Extras, so I'll use it as an example. Star Trek 2009. Okay, so how do I access the NEW iTunes Extras on my PC? I have the original files downloaded, but can I delete them? If I do or do not, how do I watch the iTunes Extras if I don't have the "original" file downloaded?

Oh, I think I figured it out... sort of... The first time I clicked to watch the movie, it just brought up the movie as normal. But just now I tried again, and it brought up like a DVD menu screen, which I assume must be how it works now.. kiiinda cool. So, as more of my movies get added, they'll automatically get modified in my library, even on the PC or is there something I did to modify my copy of Star Trek?
