iTunes won't install (Windows 8)

I tried to update iTunes earlier today and it didn't work, so I looked it up and some people said to completely uninstall iTunes, so I did. Then when I tried to re-install it I couldn't.

The installation was stopped because of this: http://puu.sh/aaXlw/b9e3e9960d.png

To try to fix this I went to the folder and gave myself full control via the properties section, but this did nothing.

Any suggestions?

Update: I uninstalled everything Apple related in the correct order, restarted my laptop are started installing iTunes again. The installation stopped again, but due to a different writing error; http://puu.sh/abcqH/149463ee85.png

I tried spamming retry which had worked for previous similar errors, but it didn't work this time.
