Problem battery mac book air , I bought 08/2013
Hi I have a mac book air , I bought last august 2013, but my battery es empty, never recharge said 0, always, What Thing I must do?
1. Reset SMC. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Choose the appropriate method.
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
2. Check the condition of the battery.
Click in the menu bar.
About This Mac > More Info.. > System Report > Hardware > Power > Battery Information
3. A new Mac is in warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.
