I have a contact that has switched to a droid.

I have a contact that has switched to a droid. My 4s still sees the number as an iPhone even after deleting the contact info. Even powered off the phone. Text still try to send as an iMessage and not going through. What am I missing?

Nothing the issue isn't with your phone but with your friends. He/she needs to do this iOS: Deactivating iMessage
