Video problems on iPhone 4s

Hello. I have an iPhone 4s and I am unable to watch videos. When I go on to YouTube, Facebook, Vine, Instagram basically any app that plays videos the audio will be fine but the video will not run. It's like the video is being showed with still pictures. What can I do?? Please help me!

Thanks for the question. There are a few troubleshooting steps we can attempt, starting with a simple restart/reset of your device:


Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

If the issue persists after a restart, let’s see if we can isolate the issue further by backing up and restoring your device as new:

After erasing and setting up as a new device, your device is now in a factory configuration. Test to determine if erasing and setting up as a new device resolved the issue. Content on the device may have caused unexpected behavior.
