Q: 13" MBPro  stuck at Start up

My sons 13" MBPro is tuck at start up has the spinning daisy.

I have tried to reinstall OS but it continually says there is an error and wont allow  it to happen.

I believe  it is running on lion- The installer wants to do Mavericks...could this be the issue?

I asked for help - not anywhere is there any requests for teaching- You came to me as most of the experts here to offer assistance-

most people are willing to share their knowledge and its not an inconvenience to them-

We are not in a live chat room- and it takes time for responses to go back and forth-

NOW, ARE YOU GOING TO HELP OR NOT?????

I gave you data to work with-

I will no longer answer any of your questions. I am tired of your attitude.

Good luck with the next person who is willing to help.

I'm not asking you to help me fix my Mac.

We are volunteers, and I am volunteering to let someone else help you because of your attitude and your reluctance to answer questions.

If you wish to continue complaining about that please feel free to, but try to be helpful to the next person who attempts to help you.

Look CSound1-- I know you are a volunteer- I gave you answers - Look and you will see-

I gave you what you are looking for - what more do you want??

So giving answers to your questions isn't helping...especially when you have ALL the data at hand from my first inquiry and request for help

but thats not enough...what more did you need???

I need nothing more from you, thanks.

But I will give you a procedure that will fix the problem.

Erase the hard drive, reinstall OS X and applications, restore data from your backup.

    This will work.
