Possible to set a value in a data table during the presentation?

I Like to set a value in a data table during a presentation to figure out a result of a formula i prepared before. Is this possible ?

Example:

In A1 is the requested value

in A2 is a formula who takes the value of A1 and multiplied this with 200

Keynote is unable to update and calculate formulas while it is in Play.

You can do this while Keynote is in edit mode of course.
