How can I switch OS X Server to use port 8080 instead of port 80?

I just switched to Telus (ISP) which has blocked port 80 for home users. Now my web pages will not serve. I was able to port map the router to open port 8080, but cannot seem to switch OS X Server to use port 8080 instead of port 80. I tried changing the apache files in etc/apache2/ but it did not work. Any suggestions or another work-around?
