Q: Title is crunched on Hiroto's changes

This post is about Hiroto's userContent.css change documented here:

Am I missing something in the recommended list?

These are great changes.

The title space in a content list is too small.  The title ends up spanning too many lines.  I do not care about seeing the filters and actions. It's fine with me if I have to scroll right to see them.   As a hack, I do not mind getting rid of them.  Could they be put above or below the list?

Seems there is white space that could be lessened to the left of the list lines.  I'm  not sure about how it would look, but more title space is a priority with me.

I do not care about likes and bookmarks either.  Delete them too to save space.

I have a weak knowledge of css. I am reading "Stylin' with CSS: A Designer's Guide".  I was able to hide the text but the space was still taken about on the screen.

Here is the crunched list:

The discussion post show up great now!

Reply editing now fits on the screen.

Additionally - and that is my personal opinion - I would never hack my system with more than 400 lines of code simply to alter the way the ASC pages display.

Hello, this isn't hacking, it's more akin to changing your Desktop pic to your desire &  easily undone.

Sorry, but........maybe it isn't hacking in the literal sense, but if system behavior is changed...... I won't do it. Changing the desktop pic is available/built in - this is not.

    Sorry but yes it is

    Safari->Preferences->Advanced->Style Sheet

Setting local style sheets for use when viewing web pages is as old as the web itself.

Okay, for some reason, I didn't relate that to style sheets, so I stand corrected......

I have not gotten an email from you ( Hiroto ).

I'd like to look over your changes.  BDAqua has agreed to test in 10.9.  Once testing completes successfully, I may post the css changes.

I'm gaining more familiarity with CSS and may make some changes to them.

Oh really? Actually I have sent it twice because it had been returned as undeliberable at the first attempt. It had not been returned then and I thought it went through... but seems to be lost in a blackhole in digital universe.

I've just sent it again. If it will not arrive, please let me know here.
