Since newest iTunes update, 11.3.0.54, on Window 7 desktop computer, Mircosoft Outlook Calendar won't update to any of our iPads (#2 or Air) or iPhones (4s & 5s).

I have had this problem since IOS 7.1.2 upgrade. I do not have click-to-use Office. I have just updated to iTunes 11.3.0.54. I use Office Professional 2010 on Windows 7, both of which are updated automatically by Windows.
It is interesting that the calendar info is the only items that are not sync'ed.
I do not use iCloud.
I laugh at solutions that suggest massive re-installation of software, especially the Office suite.
