Original files for EPUB examples

Would anyone know if Apple makes available the original files for the 2 EPUB examples they posted on the page "Deliver your content" in iTunes connect? These are the ones called iBooks Store EPUB Example 3.0 and iBooks Store Fixed Layout EPUB Example 3.2

I know I can unzip them using a utility, but if the original Pages documents (if that's what they used) would be available, that would be a great starting point to develop an EPUB.
