Q: Help me please!!

On few days ago ,i had update my ipod to ios 7.1.2

When is done,it said i have to active my ipod with my apple id but the problem is i can't remember anything about my apple id so i send this message to ask you,Can you help me about this problem please? Cus this ipod is very precious to me.
