Can a iPhone on IOS7 block calls/texts for a specific Area Code and 3-Digit prefix?

Hello All, I wanted to know if IOS7 has or would accept the settings for me to input to block an entire range of phone numbers. This is clearly from trying to block a telemarketer. In my example, The phone number starts with 714-884- then any random series of numbers. I have blocked all that have come in so far but wanted to know if I entered 714-884-xxxx or 714-884-****. Would it block all the last 4 possible combinations?User uploaded file
