Hi,
So I uploaded one iBook to iTunes connect successfully about a month ago. Everything went smoothly.
Then two weeks ago I uploaded a second one and was immediately pinged with a ticket because I used the term "iBook" in my description. I quickly corrected this egregious error and waited. And waited. Which I've read in other posts is normal, since it can take the review team a while to check the corrected version. So, while I was waiting some more I decided I would finish the third book I had prepared and uploaded it.
I didn't get a ticket for it or anything but the status button has been red now for over a week. Is this normal? Or have I been blacklisted because of the first ticket on the other book?
